We are looking for a Fleet Accountig Manager!

To gain a deeper understanding of our location and fleet costs from a financial, operational and commercial point of view.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in creation of and develop framework for commercial analysis of locations and services. Using Excel and core Databases and contribution tool as primary and Business Object/SQL /Excel as adhoc analysis tools
• Undertake analysis of cost of service delivery, margin analysis, network profitability, and other key metrics. Use the results of this analysis, together with an appreciation of the degree of risk, the business’ risk appetite and your own commercial acumen to propose suitable initiatives to improve and maximise contributions and profitability together with commercial team and present your findings to senior management in order to aid operational and commercial decision making.
• Understand assumptions behind, challenge Operational and fleet costs forecasts, and assess impact on costs for planning and forecasting purposes.
• Production of daily, weekly, monthly operational and fleet KPI reports
• Understand cost drivers for each of rental and fleet related items and find ways to devise strategies to monitor and control negative development.
• Work closely with Operations and Fleet to assist and support them with financial analysis, margin improvement tactics and possibilities
• Undertake adhoc evaluation of projects – new and closure of locations
• Assist in creation of a dashboard, analysis to support and highlight key deviations trends to EMG.
