We need an energetic commercially minded Analyst who can provide support to business units of our client. An excellent opportunity to drive change and develop new process!

Your responsibilities:

• Lead in country commercial teams to implement Global and Europe commercial strategies in relation to sales achievement and strategies
• Provide detailed monthly sales reports, analysis and commentary on findings.
• Manage the sales schemes from recording to completion and ensure they run smoothly.
• Understand costings Vs Sales. Provide detailed reports and present areas for improvement.
• Work across many different disciplines too investigate and provide detailed accurate and timely data.
• Work with Senior Sales Operations and Finance management to provide necessary insights
• Quarterly calculation and record commission accruals

Location: Prague 9 (Prosek)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
• 3+ years in business analysis, intelligence, and/or administration of sales compensation programs, with background in finance, or sales operations
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word)
• Strong attention to detail
