ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
Your main responsibilities will be:
- managing AP team and their workload
- motivating your team members
- leading employee selection for your team, providing career guidance and training opportunities
- evaluating the perforamce of your team members
- supporting the development of business strategies
- providing technical guidance on business issues of global impact
- communicating with internal and external clients, as well as all levels of management
REQUIREMENTS:
The basic requirements for this role are:
- advanced level of english (second language is an advantage)
- degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience
- min. 2 years of experience in Accounting
- team leading experience
- project management experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
