We are seeking people for the CREDIT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE position, so if you speak foreign languages and if you have some FINANCIAL background, APPLY NOW!
Responsibilities of the position:
- Communication with clients concerning unpaid invoices
- Responsibility for the portfolio of clients
- Assistance in the financial analysis, credit underwriting, and approval process
- Coordination of credit and loan portfolio administration support such as monitoring past dues, documentation exceptions,
- Providing accurate and informed responses to customer´s queries through email or phone
- Preparing reports to aid management and perform account and customer reconciliation as necessary
- Analysis of credit reports in order to assess credit risk and make necessary recommendations to the business
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements for the position:
- Fluency in ENGLISH and some other language (SPANISH or ITALIAN or DUTCH or TURKISH or GERMAN)
- Previous experience in administration or financial field
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify problems and find appropriate solutions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work individually as well as a part of the team
Following will be considered as an advantage:
- Previous experience in Credit and Collections
- Experience with SAP and FSCM
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and good knowledge of cash collection processes
