We are looking for an HR Administrator based in Prague. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative HR tasks, including onboarding, terminations, documentation and letters, as well as day‑to‑day operational support. You will also administer employee benefit programs, act as a liaison between employees and benefit vendors, and provide guidance on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits-related matters. The role requires maintaining accurate records and coordinating key HR processes in a structured and timely manner.
Popis pozice:
- Administers and maintains company benefit programs
- Acts as a liaison between employees and benefit vendors
- Provides guidance to employees regarding eligibility, coverage, and general benefits inquiries
- Ensures accurate compilation, updating, and maintenance of benefits-related records and documentation
Profil kandidáta:
- English and Czech language on a communicative level
- Min. 6 years of experience in the (related) field
- Comfortable performing a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates independence, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities
