- experience with administration tasks or assistant role, or customer service role is an advantage
- pro-active and communicative personality motivated to learn HR agenda is a must

Job tasks:
- Receive queries via phone, email or chat
- Log contacts onto the company system/database
- Resolve queries and escalate where these cannot be resolved
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation
- Communicate effectively with employees via phone and email to explain and resolve queries and concerns
- Participating in improvement of HR processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and German
- Solid command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Customer dedication and passion
