For our international client we are looking for suitable candidates to work for a major and fast expanding international company, operating all over the world.
Enhance your career with our international growing client as Financial/Invoicing Specialist.
Key activities:
- Match invoices with Purchase Orders and/or receipts
- Execute the supplier invoice booking
- Answer and manage supplier queries regarding payments (single point of contact for suppliers in regions, dealing with their requirements, queries, complains, statements)
- Communication with client countries
- Control interfaces between scanning system, AP workflow system and Accounting system
- Reconcile accounts with suppliers, vendor managers, and Accounts Payables as needed
- Respond to finance helpdesk ticket
- Participation on transfer of new regions to Prague
- Reporting to the line management
- Cooperation with a central department, providing assistance to other regions
- Ensure adherence to the group accounting policies
- Audit (providing required documents)
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Advanced level of English and Intermediate knowledge of French
- Advanced PC and analytical skills (especially MS Office – Excel and Word)
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
- Good working spirit
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Works well with others and a team player
- Takes responsibility of assigned tasks and is proactive
- Ability to identify continuous improvement measures
- Contagious enthusiasm, positive approach
