In the production plant in Ostrava, we specialize in the production of identification documents for the domestic and foreign markets and all processes associated with their implementation.

We are currently looking for a Quality Referent, who will responsible for ensuring that all activities within the scope meet the required quality standards, minimize quality costs and maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.
This position is administrative in nature.
Key Missions:
- Is the main referent for ISO 9001 (represents the organization in case of audits in this area)
- Participates in internal and external audits of the quality management system as an auditor, prepares audit reports, cooperates in the preparation of a corrective action plan
- Monitors corrective action plan deadlines and contacts managers in case of non-compliance
- Manages the documentation under the Quality Management System
- Manages and is responsible for the quality department records system
- Manages the distribution nodes for valid documentation (all documents at the given workplaces must be up-to-date)
- Performs Flash audits of distribution nodes and documentation on individual sections
- Conducts quality system induction training for new employees
- Monthly reports on the status of internal/external audits and action plans
- Manages the audit system in IDEMIA tool (audit plan registration, results registration)
- Manages the metrology system
- Preparation of investment request
- Implements purchase orders for the quality department (SAP)
- Manages invoices maintained under the quality department
- Prepares documentation for proper handling of measuring instruments
- Performs other activities resulting from the quality system according to the ISO 9000 series of standards (see the ISO quality manual and related documents)
- Follows environmental management principles (EMS) and fulfills environmental protection requirements
- Further, responsibility is derived from generally applicable legal regulations, especially the Labor Code, safety regulations, technical standards and regulations on fire protection

- proactive in suggesting process improvements and simplifications
- ISO9001 standard knowledge is welcome (but not mandatory)
- knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
