Popis pozice:
Main tasks in the job:
• Provide end user IT support in a way, methods and procedures as defined globally or locally by the Company (including regulatory and standardization);
• SW installation/uninstallation, distribution and support;
• OS deployment and troubleshooting – windows7, windows 10;
• Contribute to IT policy development;
• Contribute and use Knowledge database;
• Develop and share own knowledge;
• Cooperate with internal IT stakeholders;
• Provide small "how to" trainings to end users where possible;
• Keep IT Manager about all non-standard problems and possible solutions used;
• Proactively identify any possible problems or issues;
• Hardware purchasing;
• Get the track of IT Landscape;
• Investigate root cause, analyse, resolve, track, and escalate various technical problems;
• Basic LAN administration
Profil kandidáta:
Education and knowledge requirements:
• Minimal 2 year experience as a desktop support analyst
• Thorough knowledge of IT technologies
• English
