Popis pozice:
- IT support for our colleagues and international clients by phone, email and remote control.
- Daily communication in German and in English.
- Helping our employees with their IT requests.
- Day shifts Monday - Friday.
Profil kandidáta:
- Necessary to be communicative in English (B2).
- Because you will support employees in German, C2 certificate or be native german speaker is needed.
- Be interested in IT job.
- Basic IT knowledge or customer support experience.
