A Finnish company is looking for an OpenStack DevOps Engineer for Cloud&IP. In this company, you can work with cutting-edge technologies as ONAP, SDN/NFV, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, OpenDaylight, Open vSwitch, Intel Rack Scale Design and HW-Offloading. It does not matter whether you have a university degree. Only matters, if you are interested in networking and know a lot about the administration of Linux and scripting in Bash/Perl/Groovy/Shell/Ansible or Python.

- it is only about the backend and low-level programming
- they are working on HDS 8000 - hyper-scale data centre and lease gigantic data centres to customers
- everything is virtually networked and is on the cloud
- 60 % development of new things, 40 % remaking of the old one
- they work on a research that tries to verify if Intel processors work also on open-source technologies
- the project started in 2016
- in the team are 6-7 people with one scrum master
- the methodology of work: agile, lean, scrum - 3-day sprints, daily stand-ups
Profil kandidáta:
- orientation in the OpenStack environment
- experience with TCP/IP networking
- deep Linux experience
- scripting in: Ansible or Python
- EU citizenship or work visa for the Czech Republic
- English equivalent to B1/B2 - communication and reading of technical manuals
- experience with the development of an OpenSource
- knowledge of some tools for virtualization and SW managing networks: OpenDaylight, Kubernetes, Mesos, KVM, ONAP
- other scripting languages: Bash/Perl/Groovy/Shell
- basic knowledge of OOP in Java or C++
- good knowledge of DevOps/Agile/Lean/Scrum
- testing automatization tools, continuous integration
