O nás
PILSEN INJECTION s.r.o. is a newly established company with the background of the French parent company, which has a tradition since 1963. We are part of the PVL group - GROUPE PLASTIVALOIRE. Production plants are located in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
Our production plant in Úherce near Pilsen is focused on the production of plastic components for major car manufacturers. In near future we will create job opportunities for approximately 150-180 employees.

What awaits you
Your main task will be:
- Support quality related topics in new projects before transfer to the plant
- Pilot quality related topics in projects after transfer to the plant
- Close cooperation with project team
Your regular responsibility will be:
- Follow up on the customer milestones and quality cost of the project
- React when a risk is identified
- Escalate roadblocks to management
- Manage and solve quality issues
- Define or Support pre serial and serial control plan as owner of this milestone
- Ensure consistency between Drawing, FMEA and control plan
- Respect of build in quality standards
- Ensure that Changes on product and process are taken into account in PFMEA, CP
- Update the quality documents following a product / process related change
- Discuss with Project Quality from Development phase to be on line with existing agreement.
- Manage customer communication and customer claim
Co od Vás očekáváme:
What knowledge and skills should you have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical high school with 4 years experience in same position.
- Knowledge IATF, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Quality Automotive field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects
- Languages : English is mandatory and German is much appreciated
