The position includes responsibility for complex accounting duties which require the application of professional accounting theories and policies and the overall general ledger accounting functions.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepares Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Responsible for generating month end closing journal entries
- Ensures accuracy of financial statements in accordance with internal policies
- Maintain the general ledger accounts with proper documentation and records of company transactions
- Provide timely and accurate accounting information to internal customers
- Act as back up for the other GL Accountants
REQUIREMENTS:
We require
- high school/university degree
- fluent Romanian language
- motivation for finance field
- proficiency in MS Office package (mainly Excel)
- excellent communication skills
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- strong customer orientation
- team spirit
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage
