For the position of Junior Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients on phone or e-mail
• Maintaining the database and researching missing information
• Coding and processing invoices
• Creating payments in company systems
• Checking credit limits
• Processing data in accordance with internal procedures
• Contacting other internal departments
• Reporting about accounting processes and their results

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English and German language
• Financial background (education in economics) is advantage
• Interest in customer support, finance and administration
• Experience in similar position is not must, graduates welcomed!!!
• Good PC skills – MS Office – Excel!!!
• Detail-oriented
