Role summary:

• Actively collaborate on projects
• Implementation and optimization of internal processes, participation in the launch of new services
• Responsibility for daily operations in the department focusing on support of logistics services, tracking quality and costs effectiveness
• Close cooperation with the German department, transition and building of new logistics activities
• Act as a contact person for customers, every day communication with key customers and problem solving on operational level
• Recruitment of new team members, allocation of tasks among team members
• Performance evaluation and motivation of team members, responsibility for staff development, tracking KPI´s
• Planning and providing of professional training to employees
