This is a great opportunity to start your career in well-established international company in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Verifying of invoices according to checking rules
- Posting of invoices into accounting system (SAP), ensuring their correctness
- Control the invoice flow (invoice ready for transfer, returned invoices, invoice cancellation etc.)
- Accounts reconciliations, clearing matching items in SAP and investigating discrepancies
- Preparing documents for financial reports
- Ensures that accounting processes are kept up to date
- Conduct monthly closing process
- Co-operates with tax accountant on accurate records for tax purposes
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school/University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- Fluent English and Bulgarian
- Previous SHORT work experience in accounting/finance and understanding of BASIC accounting principles
- Good PC skills (MS Office is must, SAP is an advantage)
- Experience with Bulgarian Tax legislation is an advantage
