An international company operating in medical technologies is looking for candidates for a position of CASH ALLOCATION ADMINISTRATOR.
Main responsibilities:
- Data administration and processing within a basic accounting
- Work in Excel and company databases
- Checking payment details of invoices, matching with incoming payments
- Communication with internal and external customers (receipts and payments specifications)
- Finance data recording for auditing purposes
- Cooperation with other departments
Contract for definite period of time – 6 month (assumption of contract extension)
Start: ASAP
Location: Prague 9
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. secondary education, economic / finance field is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English (will be used actively at work in both written and spoken form)
- Very good knowledge of German, Dutch,Nordic language or Turkish is advantage
- Previous experience from administration / finance
- SAP experience is advantage
- Good command of MS Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
