Product Manager – Surgical Suture

CHIRANA T. Injecta, s.r.o. is a Czech designer and manufacturer of surgical suture materials that helps health care profesionals save lives in more than 35 countries all around the world. We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Product manager – Surgical Sutures (produktový manažér – chirurgické šicí materiály) to join our growing team.

• Collection and management of product information
• Product portfolio management, including analysis, proposals of changes
• Project management - development of new products/product changes and their launch
• Searching and processing information about competitors
• Finding and processing customer feedback (including PMS and PMCF)
• Definition and execution of a branding strategy to create brand awareness (including online marketing and sales)
• Product catalogue management
• Product training for new colleagues and distributors

• Marketing and/or sales working experience with surgical sutures
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Nurse with marketing/sales/business development experience is an advantage
• Market analysis and business intelligence experience
• Branding strategy development and execution experience
• Online marketing experience
• Project management experience is an advantage
• English and Czech/Slovak languages at a very good level (daily communication with foreign partners), another language is an advantage
• Very good presentation skills in an international environment
• Experience in training sales and marketing personel is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (domestic and foreign business trips)
• High school/university education
