This role supports continuous learning and quality improvement of the HR Shared Services through the voice of customers.

• He/she drives initiatives and programs to improve performance, and examines call and ticketing data to identify continuous learning needs within the HR team.
• Training of new hires and follow up ongoing trainings to assure the best delivered services possible.
• Evaluate data, identify issues, and make recommendations for quality improvement processes.
• Part of your responsibility will also include overlooking of team performance in order to determine non-efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English
• Other EU language is a huge plus (communication and search for talents accross EU region)
• HR or quality assurance experience
• drive for improvement
• ability to communicate difficult concepts and processes accordingly
• previous experience in building effective learning plans and programms
• previous experience from a similar role is a huge plus
• HR knowledge or experience from HR department would be nice to have
• other requirements: customer service and business focus, organizational and project management skills, ability to communicate effectively, team player, problem solver
