Junior Buyer with Portuguese

Our client, a multinational petrochemical company with worlwide presence, is looking for a junior buyer to join the team in its modern Prague offices.

Popis pozice:

• Processing requisitions and converting them to purchase orders 
• Collecting proposals from vendors and negotiating basic terms 
• Reviewing invoices against purchase orders and approving any extra freight costs 
• Communication with vendors regarding invoice payments 
• Updating purchase orders 
• Cooperation with strategic buyers 

Profil kandidáta:

• Fluent English and Portuguese are a must 
• Completed secondary school education 
• Effective communication skills and client focus 
• Ability to build relationships and think analytically 
• Experience in buying, sourcing or procurement is a plus
