As an assistant in the accounting departmnet you'd be responsible for:
- Sorting incoming documents
- Scan all invoices and credit/debit notes
- Maintain levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.
- Maintain a record of completed work.
- Look after records archive according to different countries legal requirements.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
What do you need to apply?
- You have a high school degree related to economics
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- You have analytical mind and good communication skills.
- You speak English well
