Come work for an international pharmaceutical company as a Payroll Specialist, supporting payroll processes. You will have the opportunity to learn Swiss Payroll, ensure precise administration, regulatory compliance, and foster positive employee relationships

Popis pozice:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing   
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process 
• Ensure seamless payment processing for employees   
• Collaborate with the payroll vendor    
• Answer and manage queries from employees   
• Provide necessary documentation to employees for various purposes (such maternity leave, etc.)   
• Help with the annual preparation at the end of the year 

Profil kandidáta:

• Fluent in English  
• Knowledge of Swiss payroll is a plus
•  Sense of priority to handle tasks and deadlines   
• Excel knowledge (pivot table, Vlook up is a plus)  
• Experience with dealing with vendors is a plus
