Popis pozice:

l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"rocess requisitions and convert to purchase orders on a daily basis.   l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"onduct simple negotiations of pricing, general terms a conditions.   l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"ddresses invoice discrepancies from the purchase order or the goods receipt and approves invoice payment for any additional freight costs not accounted for on purchase order.   l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"rovides support to ensure timely invoice payment.   l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"andles any PO (purchase order) maintenance for orders processed (e.g. update PO text, update delivery date, etc.)  

Profil kandidáta:

• English written and spoken
l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"nalytical and communication skills  l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"tP (Procure-to-Pay) knowledge is a plus  l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"pplication of business a procurement technical knowledge  l data-leveltext="" " " " " " ">"ervice excellence a contract management
