As a REQUEST TO PAY SPECIALIST you will be involved with a range of diverse tasks including:

• ensuring compliance with defined Source to Settle related Accounts Payable (A/P) specific operational processes & policies
• process operations of the Company’s Aged Trial Balance (ATB) debit/credit balance positions
• coordinating annual Supplier Statement solicitation & internal credit recovery operations
• conducting A/P transactional compliance audits
• providing support for Req-to-Pay related SOX testing & reporting obligations
• providing support for supplier risk & fraud management
• executing various Regional/Local tax compliance and operational requirements
• performing A/P Bank Reconciliation activities
• monitoring cash flow & discount process performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field is required
• Related Experience: 3–5 Years
• C.P.M./CPSM advantage
• Proficiency with Procurement & Finance/Accounting processes
• Experience with data analysis.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Fluent English is a must
• second language preferred
• Strong SAP software experience is preferred.
• Ariba Buyer software experience is desired.
