Development Funds Specialist

Are you a detail‑oriented operations professional with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work across global teams? This role offers the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, support key decision‑making processes and contribute to improving how Development Funds are handled.

Popis pozice:

• Review and approve Development Funds proposals to ensure alignment with partner strategy and business priorities
• Manage daily Development Funds operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of all requests
• Provide guidance to global and regional teams on process requirements, governance rules and decision criteria
• Serve as the main contact for Development Funds topics and support stakeholders in resolving process or access issues
• Monitor fund allocation, spending and partner balances and identify discrepancies or risks
• Maintain accurate reports, trackers and documentation and contribute to process improvements across the program

Profil kandidáta:

• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 1years of experience in project management, operations or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to understand processes, analyse information and make sound decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and confidence working with data, reports and trackers
