An excellent opportunity for motivated candidates interested in procurement area! Our client, a well-established, gradually growing international company is looking for a new member of the procurement department.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Creation of electronic auctions and requests in the system
- Complete responsibility for the auction, including the demand
- Every day communication with strategic buyers
- Provide information and training to suppliers
- Support of suppliers in case of questions and uncertainties
- Creation of relevant documentation
- Reporting
THE POSITION IS SUITABLE FOR GRADUATES!
REQUIREMENTS:
What we are looking for:
- Candidates who are organizationally as well as technically capable
- Candidates with great knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and German language (at least upper intermediate level)
- Very good communication skills
- Orientation toward the customer, goal orientation
