Your responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining SLAs, OLAs, KPIs
- Understanding the processes related to analyzed data
- Preparing monthly reports
- Data mining and analysis
- Preparing HR and finance analyses
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Ad-hoc reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in Finance (or similar)
- Very good command of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), foundations of VBA is a plus
- Knowledge of financial processes
- Experience working in SSC environment is a plus
- Strong process orientation, knowledge of process design tools
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to multi-task
