Join the new high-tech plant of Taiwanese company CTi Europe in Klecany! We produce premium data cables for AI, aerospace, and medical devices. We are looking for reliable colleagues to start this journey with us from scratch. Enjoy a clean, quiet, and air-conditioned environment without heavy physical labor. - Operating and monitoring modern, automated, and digitalized production lines for cable harnesses
- Precise manual assembly and connection of small components and connectors (HDMI, USB, USB-C, fiber optic cables).
- Performing continuous visual and technical quality checks according to drawing documentation (given our applications in aerospace and medicine, we place great emphasis on detail).
- Entering basic production data and piece counts into the internal computer system/terminal.
- Cooperating with the team of engineers and quality controllers during the ramp-up of new products.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity, good fine motor skills, and eyesight – working with small components requires a steady hand and high precision.
- Reliability, thoroughness, and attention to detail (zero tolerance for errors in the final products).
- Basic user knowledge of PC (ability to operate a simple manufacturing software/terminal).
- Previous experience in the electrical engineering industry, automotive, or assembly is an advantage, but not a requirement – we will fully train you.
