- Managing and processing orders from customers in a short timely manner
- Responding to customers´ inquiries and invoice queries (over the phone, email)
- Taking care of customers´ files/accounts and maintaining database records updated at all times
- Cooperation with other departments within the company – exchange of information, support finance department with payment claims and processing, etc.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- High School Degree at least
- Previous experience in Customer service support/Call center/Sales (medical/pharmaceutical field is ideal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving state of mind
- Good organization skills (time management)
