Your main responsibilities will be:

• Communication with customers regarding software or technical issues
• Entering technical and application related issues into the company system
• Identifying problems, finding solution to issues and troubles and inform clients about its solution
• Update information about the problem
• Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization
• Deep understanding of company product
• Use of Windows security options, SQL, Oracle and ERP – you will be trained if you have some basics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English and advantage is another language – French or German or Russian
• Strong communication skills
• work experience or education in IT or technical field is an advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally across various teams
• Be driven by the quality delivered
• Be a first class team player who possesses a positive and team player attitude
• SQL/Oracle or ERP knowledge or Windows security options is highly desired
