We are looking for an experienced Customer Specialist to join a B2B team. Your role is to be a part of a friendly team and work in a quickly changing environment, efficiently providing customer support, analyzing data, as well as working with software systems.

Popis pozice:

Your typical working day:

-Analyze and resolve tickets for B2B Webshop

-Customer support for B2B ordering

-Collect, analyze, and process system data and perform reporting activities

-Work in multiple applications such as SAP ERP, SalesForce, MS Office

Profil kandidáta:

Your profile:

-Previous experience in relevant position

-Fluent in English (B2 or higher), will be used daily

-Previous experience in Data Analytics of SalesForce is a plus
