Key responsibilities
- Receiving inquiries from clients (end users)
- Responsibility for finding solutions to the clients' technical issues
- Work with the internal database – updating, tracking records, …
- Escalation of inquiries if needed
- Work in team
Start: ASAP
Contract length: 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: Prague 9
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. secondary degree education
- Relevant experience from IT
- Very good knowledge of English (daily communication with customers and colleagues, written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently on incoming requests/issues
- Understanding of technologies
- Analytical thinking
- Team player
- Customer oriented attitude
