Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Your key objective will be to penetrate Security and Access Professional End User (PEU) verticals (Finances, Healthcare, Government, Special Services, Defenses, Education, High End Commercial Institutional) and to generate new business

Your role will be also:

• To become a bridge between local sales units and factory in Finland.
• To implement consultative model of selling instead of transactional (added value selling model).
• To provide all necessary sales tools and marketing materials and to provide product training as well as coaching to the local sales teams.
• To coordinate the best possible support for all local sales units.
• To manage region CZ-SK-HU P&L.
• To immediately react if any issues with products and deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to influence behaviors cross-functionally and at all business levels
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully creating and maintaining business relationships
• Result oriented
• Self-motivated
• Numerate

Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities:

• Educated to university level or equivalent secondary education
• Extensive experience in a commercial business development role
• English (written and spoken) – C1
• MS Office – advanced
