Popis pozice:

• Support the regional team and collaborate on program implementation and growth 
• Provide training and support to partners in implementation and activation
• Share knowledge of the internal platform with partners 
• Help partners identify competencies and activities to meet program goals 
• Build communities, identify volunteer opportunities and collect success stories 
• Support the program's marketing and communications campaigns 

Profil kandidáta:

• Proficiency in English and German 
• Experience in online teaching and training delivery 
• Familiar with digital upskilling challenges, job market demands, and workforce trends 
• Knowledge of academic institutions, NGOs, and training providers focused on employment and skills development
