Description of role:
Advocacy Manager is responsible for development and implementation of Customer Advocacy Program as well as for determining and implementation of the relevant initiatives supporting availability company's brands. Is accountable for the furniture strategy. Will cooperate closely with Market teams on initiatives supporting availability of company brands and advocacy initiatives.
Advocacy Manager will be responsible for:
- Development of Trade Segment initiative and investment plans including determining resources required and budget to allocate.
- Defining availability and distribution targets by trade segments including identifying activities to deliver against these targets. Is responsible for close cooperation with Market team on distribution and availability support.
- Identifying opportunities to increase advocacy and engage with customer to grow relationship. Responsible for defining methodology and tools for managing customer advocacy program, agree focus areas/behaviours for cluster and identifying opportunities/solutions to build customer advocacy. Briefing Market team on detailed program preparation and implementation.
- Development of Furniture Strategy for the Cluster including preparation of the plan to be shared with Market team. Responsible for briefing market team for identifying opportunities to improve furniture or increasing furniture coverage within company database
POŽADAVKY:
Requirements:
- University degree in economics/MBA or equivalent, with educational background in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing area
- Very good presentation and argumentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills, negotiation and ability to influence the others effectively
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic understanding
- Organizational skills, ability to manage several parallel projects
- Native speaker
- Fluent in English in written and spoken language
- Computer literacy – MS Office
