Job Profile: The role of the Project Manager is to lead new projects in the plant before and after SOP.

Responsibilities:

• Quality, costs and timing of regional serial projects: planning, controlling, tracking and reporting.
• Meet agreed project targets: achieve customer initial sample (PPAP) approval according to schedule for changes, plan and meet project budgets and annual budgets.
• Assure use of standard processes, methods and tools.
• Lead of cross-functional project teams, responsibility for execution of project tasks.
• Change management.
• Identify project risks and plan/track counteractions.
• Represents the project internally and towards customer and supplier.

POŽADAVKY:
Requirements:

• Technical University Education.
• At least three years proven experience with Project Management in an international automotive company.
• Fluent English knowledge for daily communication within the international team.
• Well-founded economic know-how, ability to understand complex technical issues.
• Well-founded knowledge and handling of processes within vehicle development and production.
• Experience with planning (schedules, costs, budgeting).
• Leadership experience with line/functional authority, motivation of project team members.
• Good MS Office knowledge, SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to act entrepreneurially, to think and act process oriented.
• Enthusiasm and communication skills, constructive conflict resolution, networking, integrative, intercultural skills.
