A new project has opened up for an established Canadian technology company. If you have good knowledge of accounting principles, enjoy analytical work and want to implement and consolidate new processes in facility and real estate management then do not miss out on this opportunity.
As an FACILITY ANALYST you will be responsible for:
- management of the entire international portfolio of leases and related provisions
- follow up on provisions, rents
- cash flow review and management
- calculates and record accruals
- prepare monthly reconciliations under IFRS
- developed, implemented and comply with internal controls
- report to management abroad
REQUIREMENTS:
What do you need to apply?
- solid understanding of accounting principles
- IFRS knowledge an advantage
- professional experience in accounting, preferably1–2 years
- strong analytical skills
- Advanced English
- initivative – you will be joining a brand new project
