Credit Back Office Team Leader

Management of the Credit Back Office team overseeing/delivery of the following services:

• Assure Credit Back Office operations are in compliance with ICSP, SOX requirements and accordingly with local specifications
• Ensure performance management in line with KPI
• Deliver agreed management reports
• Close cooperation with AR Manager
• Communication with internal and external customers (credit, collections, treasury, general ledger, accounts payable, employees) to ensure smooth & effective operation, ensuring all issues are escalated and resolved within timescales
• Develops appropriate client relationship
• Develops a good relation within the team and share experience
• Responsible for leading the career development activities for team members including performance management, informal feedback, training, coaching and resourcing
• Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth in line with agreed PLP

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience in finance/accounting principles and procedure
• Experience in similar role in a multinational company is a plus
• English language
• PC skills (SAP, Oracle, MS Office, MS Access, system experience an advantage)
• A strong leadership skills / team player with the ability to learn and work alone when necessary
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility
