Join our INTERNATIONAL TEAM of LOGISTICS Operations Execution located in Prague! Become a „Logistics Specialist“ with us, till it´s open!
Responsibilities
- Managing the ad-hoc loads with the empty moves
- Influencing the cost levels
- Planning and scheduling the trucks to be placed at particular centers across Europe
- Following up with the carriers to ensure they are working according the set expectations and agreements
- Tracking the loads and reacting to issues/warnings that the systems are generating
- Reacting flexibly and adjusting planning to various factors such as forecast, historical trends, vehicles capacity and carrier capabilities etc.
- Communicating daily with the European fulfillment centers in English
- Creating accurate capacity plans
- Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving any potential issues via facilitating the flow of information
- Reporting activities related to accurate statistics, management reports and analysis
- Communicating with the Customers, Customer Service Associates, Delivery Station Managers, and Delivery Associates
REQUIREMENTS:
Must to have:
- Language skills: fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask
Plus to have:
- Experience in customer service field, client care, logistics, transportation services etc.
- PC skills – especially MS Office
- Previous experience working in an international firm
