Popis pozice:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated EMEA Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. In your role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
You will proactively work with both Suppliers and Account Teams to drive spend through client global/regional preferred and strategic suppliers, coupled with objectives to drive more direct hire across internal brands.
Your role will include:Planning, implementing, managing and controlling the operations of our regional supply chain with the purpose to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible
- Maximizing efficiency and productivity based on demands and new clients
- Acting as the first point of contact for supply enquiries:
- On-boarding / Off-boarding suppliers
- Tracking and monitoring compliance
- Contract management incl. approval processes and capture electronic signatures
- Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the suppliers
- Supporting and pro-actively working with our internal Client Account Teams to drive spend through preferred and strategic suppliers
Profil kandidáta:
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive person to join our team. This is a position that requires someone who possesses the following attributes:
- BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
- 2-4 years’ experience in a Supply Management role
- Experience and understanding of supply chain compliance requirements
- Supplier negotiation and conflict resolution experience
- Project management experience
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- English fluent (verbal and written)
- Additional languages are beneficial
