what will your new job be about?

• Daily communication with customers regarding credit collections, order release and dispute resolution
• Overall collections activities – minimizing balances on customers’ accounts, timely resolution of disputes and collection issues
• Daily communication via phone
• Answering customers´ queries through email and phone contact
• Analysis of credit reports in order to assess credit risk
• Preparing reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer facing roles (customer service, credit/collections, accounts receivable, cash allocation, billing and similar)
• Fluent English AND Dutch
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
