Main tasks:
- Management of the sales strategy in Czech Republic.
- Management of an own specific commercial area and supervision of the other sales representatives area.
- Acquiring new customers, managing the already existing ones, direct selling on the field, research, evaluation and supervision of the distributors.
- Market and margin analysis, reports.
- Management of the sales team.
- Constant alignment with the management in the Head Quarter about the sales strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who are you?
- Experience of at least 5 years in the same job position or in a similar one.
- Experience in team management
- Experience in the direct selling.
- Preferable experience in order of preference from Pastry or Ice cream ingedients sector, Cafeteria or Food sector.
- Czech an English language are necessary, Italian is an advantage.
