We are looking for a pleasant Customer Care Expert who will be directly responsible for interacting with customers at all levels in the organization in a meaningful and professional manner using different channels.

Popis pozice:
- Interact with customers via different channels (phone, email, social media)
- Diagnose and resolve complex customers' requests using CRM tools
- Act as brand ambassador and front office contact with consumers
- Cooperate with other company’s departments
Profil kandidáta:
- Fluent English and French languages
- Preferably previous experience in Consumer Care or Marketing
- Technical skills: MS Office, CRM, Salesforce would be a plus
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
