Passionate about production of fresh, simple and delicious food

Proffesional qualification

Must have 2 years of experience in a similar type of trattoria

Excellent practice and knowledge of menu planning

Excellent understanding of the world of food

Someone who wants to learn and develope more in the food industry

Self-motivated and puts pride into his/her work

Ability to work with others; in a multicultural team of cooks

Able to work efficiently and effectively in a busy environment
