Do you have work experience from Accounts Payable/PTP and would like to work in an
international environment? Do you want to use English daily? Then the position of Reconciliation Accountant will fit you!
Main responsibilities:
- monthly reconciliation of AP accounts
- communication with customers regarding account reconciliations
- resolving aged items
- responsibility for resolution of complex inquiries
- support to PtP team members
- cooperation with other departments
- reporting, data analysis
Contract for definite period of time – 12 months (possibility of prodlongation or transfer)
Start: ASAP
REQUIREMENTS:- financial background – midlevel education in Finance/Accounting
- At least 2-year previous experience from accounting/AP
- Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, …)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Experience from Shared Services Center is a great advantage
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
