2WheelTours is an international company providing the tourists with big range of professional guiding tours on electric scooters and also implementing for their clients marketing and advertisement promotions.
At the moment we are seeking Showroom Manager for our new Showroom in Berlin and we are prepared to cover the accomondation charges.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and coordinate group of tours guides and activities on day to day bases. Running the Showroom to ensure that is visually merchandised to an excellent standard and to ensure that the highest level of the Customer Service is given at all times.
- Ensure that sales targets are exceeded and maximise the opportunities.
- Assistance with daily banking and reconciliation.
- Daily financial reporting to Head Office.
- Key holder responsibilities.
- Liaising with tour guides, sales people and management when required.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Management experience in leading, motivating and developing are essential
- High end customer service experience
- Communicative level of German (both written and spoken)
- Communicative level of English (both written and spoken)
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Multitasking
- Familiarity with local market
- Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment
- Team player/commitment to group goals
This is a full time position with immediate start and good long term prospects.
Salary is fixed with very attractive commission scale.
