We are looking for a HEAD OF HR!
This new role will be instrumental in helping company move from a classic HR support model where the day to day needs of the firm are served to a proactive, added value, managed HR model. This is an opportunity to design and shape the HR functions and create an environment where the company improves its business and brand through its people.
The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of talent attraction and retention, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training & development, and compensation & benefits. The HHR will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the FMP and the executive management team, FMC.
This position is directly responsible for supervising the HR managers (HMRs) of the firm and indirectly responsible for all employees within the HR.

POŽADAVKY:* University degree: human resources or related field preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Willingness to travel
