Popis pozice:

 Development and introduction of new technological manufacturing processes

· Supervision of the development and introduction of externally developed manufacturing processes and systems

· Evaluation and release of manufacturing processes as well as process capability studies

· Engineering support and control of manufacturing processes according to specified key figures (yield, OEE, CPK)

· Creation of the associated documentation (process flowcharts, PFMEA, test plans, work instructions, resource lists)

· Participation in the error analysis of production failures

· Yield improvement and optimization of manufacturing cycles

Profil kandidáta:

· University or technical college degree in automation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microelectronics or a comparable degree

· First experience in the introduction and support of manufacturing processes in compliance with the relevant quality guidelines, especially in the automotive industry

· Experience in the process management of mechatronic technologies

· Team spirit, flexibility and good communication skills and hands-on mentality

· Fluent spoken and written Czech and English

· Car driver's license

· Willingness to travel
