Popis pozice:
- Recruit, develop, train, and lead the GL team on a daily basis, manage performance expectations and employee engagement
- Manage relationships and expectations with other internal stakeholders (AR, AP, Payroll, C&B, country finance) to ensure timely resolution of issues, the efficient running of the department, and accuracy of information
- Improve existing, or create and implement new processes which enable the team to deliver the highest quality of service possible
- Ensure consistent application of Global Accounting Policies and procedures in relation to
- Identify accounting issues requiring resolution and propose solutions, or (where specialist technical input is required) escalate to the Deputy Controller and/or the Technical Accounting Manager, as appropriate, and monitor resolution to ensure timely closure of issues
- Oversee and control the monthly close process
- Supervise the timely provision of accurate financial accounting documentation to comply with legal, audit and SOX requirements
- Own the timely preparation and submission of financial reporting of the company results on a monthly basis, including statutory accounting submissions, IFRS, USGAAP, VAT and INTRASTAT and other country-specific returns

Profil kandidáta:
- Knowledge & Experience USGAAP and/or IFRS experience
- At least 5 years of Bookkeeping/financial accounting/reporting
- Experience in working with Navision ERP or other finance systems required
- Demonstrable experience of managing a successful team
