O nás
Internationally oriented Iguassu Software Systems is seeking additional English-speaking staff for its young and dynamic team, developing software solutions for the European Space Agency (ESA), European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) and other space ventures.
Two main domains where Iguassu is the most active are:
- Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) – Navigation and observation data processing from GPS, Galileo and augmentation systems (SBAS). Currently looking for new SW engineers (C++).
- Space Safety Programme (S2P) – looking for potential threads from space that could affect the Earth. Iguassu is active in processing images from optical telescopes, looking for Near-Earth asteroids and space debris. Potentionally looking for new SW engineers.
Required skills and qualifications:
Required skills and qualifications for GNSS SW engineer include:
- Above all flexibility, and ability and interest to learn new things
- Experience with C/C++ development
- Understanding of Windows, as well as related APIs
- Reading and writing technical documentation in English
Additional useful skills for the GNSS SW engineer position are:
- General GNSS knowledge
- GNSS data processing – navigation, observation data, PVT solution
- SBAS systems, SBAS messages types, SBAS performance (protection levels, availability, continuity)
- IGS formats – RINEX, SP3
- Experience with GNSS SW development
- SBAS DFMC
- Solid understanding of Linux, as well as related APIs
- Real-time Control Software experience
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (such as Python, C#, Java, etc.)
Additional useful skills for Space Safety SW Engineer position:
- Astronomy / telescopes background
- GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
- Processing data from optical telescopes
- Willingness to work abroad for long and short assignments
